ALBANY – An Ellenville man pled guilty Wednesday to his involvement in a drug trafficking organization in Ulster County that was dismantled. Iqwan Mandiville, 26, was indicted in March.
Mandiville admitted that between May and December 2018, in cooperation with co-conspirators, he sold at least 112 grams of crack cocaine on behalf of the organization in various locations around Ellenville.
Mandiville faces at least five years and up to 40 years in prison, followed by four years to life of supervised release and a maximum fine of $5 million.
Other defendants have also pled guilty in connection with the conspiracy and face penalties.
Luis Curet, 34, faces five to 40 years in prison. Edwin Jorge, 46, faces 20 years in prison and Randy Mandiville, also known as “B-Murda,” 30, faces 20 years in prison.
Still facing charges in the case are Antonio Naveo, also known as “Gratto,” and “Green Eyes,” 38, faces 10 years to life in prison and Jennifer McCombs, also known as “Jennifer Marks,” 49, faces five to 40 years in prison.
Naveo also faces charges of unlawful possession of a shotgun as a felon.
