KINGSTON – The man accused of stabbing a homeless man to death in a wooded area near the traffic circle in the Town of Ulster on August 11 was arraigned in Ulster County Court on Thursday on a charge of murder.
Lance Ferguson, 36, stands accused of killing Guy Andradez, 59, in an area referred to as ‘tent city.’
A hearing has been scheduled on December 12 to determine Ferguson’s mental capacity to stand trial.
Recently, a doctor for the prosecution examined Ferguson and determined he was mentally unfit to stand trial.
