Highland Falls man charged with rape of underage girl

HIGHLAND FALLS – A Highland Falls man was arrested on Wednesday, September 25 and charged with being involved in a sexual relationship with a person under the age of 15.

State Police charged Joshua Vitek, 28, with sexual abuse, criminal sexual abuse, predatory sexual act against a child, and two counts of rape.

Vitek was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
