Family of murdered taxi driver offers $10,000 reward

RAMAPO – The family of Luis Guaman-Espinoza, who was shot and killed while sitting in his taxicab on June 28, is offering a $10,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for his death.

Guaman-Espinoza was in the parking lot behind the CVS store near Chestnut Ridge Village Hall in the Town of Ramapo.

Information may be sent to the police via the “tip411” app “RocklandCoDA” or call Ramapo Police Detective Bureau at 845-357-4626.
