SAUGERTIES – A Village of Saugerties man has been arrested and charged with violating an order of protection that had been issued in response to a past domestic incident.
Saugerties Police were called to 402 Washington Avenue Extension on August 30 for a report of a dispute.
Police located Ronald Gonzalez-Machan, 21, hiding behind a bed in the apartment. He was taken into custody, charged with criminal contempt of a court order and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
