WARWICK – A single-engine plane landed in Wickham Lake in the Town of Warwick shortly after 11 a.m. on Saturday.
The pilot apparently experienced engine trouble and decided to land the plane on the water. The two people onboard were able to swim to shore and were uninjured.
Police, fire and EMS personnel were responding to the scene.
