Goshen man arrested on narcotics possession charge

GOSHEN – Police arrested a Goshen man on two counts of felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

The State Police Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team and Goshen Village Police arrested Frankie Velilla, 32, on Thursday, August 22 following execution of a search warrant at his home in the Village of Goshen. At the time of his arrest, he was found in possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Velilla was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
