Highland woman charged with possession of stun gun in domestic dispute

HIGHLAND – Lloyd Town Police arrested a Highland woman on a charge that she possessed an electric stun gun and threatening another person with it.

Melissa Morris, 20, was charged on August 10 with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing in connection with what police said was a domestic incident. She was sent to the Ulster County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
