Kingston man charged with murder, hiding the body in Town of Ulster

TOWN OF ULSTER – A Kingston man was arrested Monday evening and charged with the murder of another Kingston man on Sunday evening.

Town of Ulster Police charged Lance Ferguson, 36, with murder, possession of a weapon, concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence in connection with the death of 59-year-old Guy Andradez. The victim’s body was discovered in a wooded area just off the traffic circle in the Town of Ulster.

Police Chief Kyle Berardi said Ferguson was located and taken into custody without incident in the City of Kingston.

Police did not reveal how Andradez was killed and if a weapon was recovered.

The Ulster Police Department was assisted by the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, State Police, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, Kingston City Police and Ulster Hose Fire Department.
