TOWN OF THOMPSON – The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred in front of Birchwood Estates on Sackett Lake Road in in the Town of Thompson late Thursday afternoon. The call came in just before 5 p.m.
The cycle struck a pole with the operator pronounced dead at the scene, according to EMS reports.
