Windham man arrested following overdose death

CATSKILL – State Police charged a Windham man following an investigation into an overdose death in the Town of Jewel in Greene County that occurred in June.

Joseph Heisinger, 32, was charged with felony attempted sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy on Thursday, August 1. He was arraigned and ssent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
