ESOPUS – It has been a quarter of a century since Laura Louise (Smith) Williams went missing on July 25, 1994. She was last seen at the Connelly Trailer Park in the Town of Esopus where a witness reported seeing her leaving with two men in an older white four-door car that was parked in front of her residence.

Williams, who was 22 at the time, suffered from Multiple Sclerosis. She left behind three children and medication used to control her condition.

She was described as white, five-feet, two inches to five-feet, four inches tall, weighing between 130 and 150 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, two cars on her stomach, a tattoo of “John” on her upper right arm and a tattoo on her right leg above her knee of a heart that looks like two rings/circles. She also had pierced ears.

Williams, who had trouble walking because of her condition, was last seen wearing denim shorts, a light-colored blouse and sneakers. She also had a small two-handled beige duffel style tote bag.
