SAUGERTIES – A homeless Saugerties man was arrested on Saturday following an investigation into a bar fight that left a man with a broken eye socket.
Saugerties Police charged Elijah Lyons, 22, with felony assault following a July 6 incident at Mirabella’s Bar and Grill at 123 Partition Street.
At 12:46 a.m. on the 6th, Lyons allegedly punched a 36-year-old man in the face, fracturing his eye socket, sending the man to the hospital for treatment.
Lyons was located on Saturday, July 13 and charged. He was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.
