WAWARSING – The Justice Center of New York and State Police at Wawarsing have arrested a staff member at Samaritan Daytop Village in the Town of Wawarsing on sex charges.
Marcus Coles, 45, of Liberty, was charged with three counts of criminal sexual act and two counts of rape.
Coles, a house manager at the facility operated by the State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, had sex with a client at the residential facility, authorities allege.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
