POUGHKEEPSIE – A Poughkeepsie man has been arrested and charged with three counts of criminal sexual act and one count of rape, all as felonies, for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a child under the age of 15.
The crimes for which Justin O’Dell, 25, has been charged, allegedly took place in the towns of Clinton and Stanford. O’Dell and the victim knew each other.
O’Dell was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
