WHITE PLAINS – A Westchester County grand jury indicted a Mount Vernon man on murder and manslaughter charges in the stabbing death of another Mount Vernon man.

Richard Vincent, 40, is allegedly to have stabbed Randy Streete in the neck, killing him in March.

A friend of Streete found him dead in a pool of blood in his basement apartment on South Sixth Avenue on March 13, 2019. The indictment alleged Vincent killed Streete at his home some time between March 12 and 13.

Vincent and Streete were previously acquainted, and Vincent had visited Streete at his home on March 12, where he was later found dead.
