RAMAPO – A Nanuet man, who was a cab driver for International Taxi of Spring Valley, was found shot several times in the back of his taxi Friday morning and he was pronounced dead at Nyack Hospital.
Ramapo Police were called to the rear parking lot of CVS at 274 Old Nyack Turnpike in South Spring Valley at 8:36 a.m. and they found Luis Guaman-Espinoza, 28, in the back seat, shot several times.
The investigation is ongoing.
