Winter recovery funding announced for Schmitt’s Assembly district

ALBANY – Assemblyman Colin Schmitt (R, New Windsor) announced state funding for municipalities in his district that will receive Extreme Winter Recovery funds. He said the money is used to assist counties, towns and villages to maintain and repair local roads and bridges.

Funding goes to:

  • Town of Blooming Grove – $20,790.46
  • Town of Chester – $14,833.43
  • Town of Cornwall – $15,888.44
  • Town of Goshen – $26,989.72
  • Town of Hamptonburgh – $15,939.10
  • Town of Highlands – $4,563.45
  • Town of New Windsor – $37,309.67
  • Town of Wawayanda – $28,972.25
  • Town of Stony Point – $12,625.48
  • Village of Chester – $8,852.19
  • Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson – $17,665.27
  • Village of Goshen – $17,528.93
  • Village of Harriman – $4,338.72
  • Village of Highland Falls – $9,963.64
  • Village of South Blooming Grove – $4,988.18
  • Village of Washingtonville – $4,865.03
  • Village of Woodbury – $12,832.20
