HIGHLAND – A Kingston man was arrested on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs after being stopped on Route 9W in Highland for traffic violations.
Lloyd Town Police charged Rafael Camacho, 53, following the June 22 stop, with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both as felonies, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
