POUGHKEEPSIE – City Police in Poughkeepsie are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a strongarm robbery on June 6.
The victim told police that around 6:11 p.m. a man followed her into the transit hub and ripped her purse from her shoulder and fled. The handbag contained $700.
Investigators have hit a stone wall in attempting to identify the suspect so they are now asking for public assistance. Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call him at 945-451-7677.
