Several arrests reported during Mountain Jam festival at Bethel Woods

BETHEL – State Police have arrested several people on a variety of charges during the Mountain Jam festival at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

Among the more serious charges :

  • Cinthya Garza Martinez, 34, of Brooklyn, and Jeremy Rackley, 45of Brooklyn, were each charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession of controlled substance, illegal use/sale nitrous oxide and public health law violation of controlled substance not in original container. They were both arraigned in the Town Mamakating Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
  • Krystal Walters, 31, of Richmond, NY, charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was released on $7,500 bail.
  • Reynaldo Liese, 44, of Richmond, CA, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of controlled substance as felonies, one county each of criminal possession and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on $7,500 bail.

Several others were charged with lesser offences and released on appearance tickets.

Police also report numerous traffic offenses.
