Police make arrests at Mountain Jam festival at Bethel Woods

BETHEL – State Police have arrested a number of people on a variety of charges at the Mountain Jam festival at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

Arrested and charged were:

– Krystal Walters, 31, of Richmond, NY, charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was arraigned by Town of Bethel Justice Barber and released on $7,500 bail.

– Reynaldo Liese, 44, of Richmond, CA, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of controlled Substance as felonies, one county each of criminal possession and unlawful possession of marijuana, He was arraigned by Town of Bethel Justice Barber and released on $7,500 bail.

– Daniel O. Parmeter, 35, of Bouckville, NY, was charged with criminal possession controlled substance with intent to sell, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. No arraignment information immediately available.

– Adam Ezra Olshansky, 42, of Chelsea, MA (member of the Adam Ezra Group), was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of controlled substance and public health law violation of controlled substance not in original container. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Bethel Court.

– Nicholas Volpe, 36, of Rock Hill, NY was charged with Assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Bethel court.

– Peter. Mau, 56, of Lexington, NY, was charged with criminal trespass after festival security reported a disorderly male at a checkpoint area. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to town court.

– Nicholas Mondrick III, 57of Amboy, NY was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of controlled substance as a misdemeanor and public health law violation of controlled substance not in original container. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Bethel Town Court.

– Cinthya Garza Martinez, 34, of Brooklyn, and Jeremy Rackley, 45of Brooklyn, were each charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession of controlled substance, illegal use/sale nitrous oxide and public health law violation of controlled substance not in original container. They were both arraigned in the Town Mamakating Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

– Brian Matheson, 47of Ulster Park, was charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, obstructing Governmental Administration and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned before Bethel Town Justice Barber and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $750 bail.

– Joshua Cantor, 24, of Kingston, was charged with criminal possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Bethel Town Court.

 

Additional arrests for lesser violations and traffic offenses continue.
