HUDSON – A Hudson man was arrested on Wednesday on a warrant by Judge Terry Wilhelm charging him with drug crimes.
Mark Burnett, 31, was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all as felonies. He was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
The arrest was based on a joint investigation by the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, State Police, Green County Sheriff’s Office and Village of Catskill Police.
