SOMERS – State Police arrested a White Plains woman on charges that she stole from customer payments where she worked as a receptionist at Laser Luxury in the Town of Somers.
Beck Pfeifer, 49, was charged with falsifying business records and grand larceny, both felonies.
Investigation found that while she was employed at the business, she falsified business records to reflect customer payments through the use of Groupon. She would then collect and steal cash payments for services the business provided totaling over $1,000.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Somers Town Court at a later date.
