HUDSON – A Hudson man was arrested on Wednesday on a warrant by Judge Terry Wilhelm charging him with drug crimes.
Mark Burnett, 31, was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all as felonies.
The arrest was based on a joint investigation by the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, State Police, Green County Sheriff’s Office and Village of Catskill Police.
Burnett was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
