POUGHKEEPSIE – Two Ulster County Sheriff’s personnel were injured in an auto accident at Route 213 and Lucas Avenue in High Falls early Tuesday afternoon and ambulances escorted by sheriff’s vehicles transported them to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie.
The extent of their injuries and the nature of the accident were not immediately known.
The sheriff’s office did not respond to inquiries for information. State Police said they would release information today.
