Former cable TV installer guilty of crimes against woman while working in her home

WHITE PLAINS – A Bronx man was found guilty by a jury before Westchester Court Judge Susan Cacace on charges of felony burglary and misdemeanor stalking.

The jury convicted Nahyime Goldson, 23, of stalking a woman in her Mount Vernon home while he was installing cable TV in August 2018.

While there, he subjected a 19-year-old woman to unwanted sexual advances, placing her in fear that a sex crime may be committed against her.

When told to leave, he remained unlawfully in her home.
