POUGHKEEPSIE – Armed with a search warrant, police raided a Poughkeepsie home on Monday and arrested three people.
The State Police Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and Poughkeepsie Bureau of Criminal Investigation led to the arrest of Sean Elmendorf, 27, on a felony charge of possession of a sexual performance by a child.
Police also found Ibn Lane, 47, and Marlene Elmendorf, 64, also of Poughkeepsie in illegal possession of a firearm as a felony.
Sean Elmendorf was remanded to the Dutchess Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
Lane and Marlene Elmendorf wee both issued appearance tickets returnable to court at a later date.
