PEARL RIVER – Orange and Rockland Utilities and IBEW Local 503 have reached a tentative agreement on a new four-year labor contract.
For two months, both parties have engaged in intensive negotiations to achieve a fair and equitable settlement.
The current contract has been extended to permit normal business operations to continue, and to permit the union time to conduct its ratification vote.
The current contract has been in effect since June 1, 2014.
Specifics of the tentative agreement have not been released.
