PLEASANT VALLEY – A domestic incident at a West Road address in the Town of Pleasant Valley led to the arrest of a woman on an assault charge.
State Police also charged Mikala Riggleman, 24, with criminal possession of a weapon. Troopers allege that she had been engaged in a physical domestic and stabbed the victim with a knife. The injuries were non-life-threatening, police said.
Riggleman was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
