Young child rushed to hospital after falling into lake

SWAN LAKE – A three-year-old girl who walked out of her family’s house adjacent to Swan Lake and fell into the lake Monday afternoon.

She was spotted, pulled from the water, administered first aid and transported to Catskill Regional Medical Center then flown to Westchester Medical Center. State Police said she is in critical condition with an unknown prognosis.
