The corner of Clinton and Franklin is cordoned off by yellow police
tape as a shooting is investigated
KINGSTON – Police in the City of Kingston are investigating a possible
homicide in the area of Clinton Street.
The street, from Henry to James was cordoned off by police Sunday night
as they said they were looking for two black men with deadlocks.
There is an unconfirmed report that one person was dead. A correspondent
on the scene said there appeared to be a body or clothing lying on the
street just off Clinton and Franklin near the library.
During the investigation, police stopped and questioned two men walking
near the scene.
