Home sales dip slightly in Ulster County

KINGSTON – Sales of single-family homes in Ulster County fell 11 percent during the 12-month period ending in November.
The Ulster County Board of Realtors also reports the median sales price rose during that period, going from $247,691 in November 2017 to $298,390 this November.
The Board of Realtors reported:

Homes were on the market for 94 days each year.
The available listings dropped 22 percent, from 770 to 629.
Year-to-date in November, sales fell by four percent, from 1,546 to 1,485.
The average selling price rose from $252,170 to $280,099.
Days on the market fell five percent, from 114 to 108
