NEW YORK – Michael Cohen,
President Trump’s former attorney and so-called “fixer”
is expected to be housed at the Otisville Federal Correctional Institute
to serve his three-year sentence.
Cohen has pled guilty to tax evasion, making false statements to a financial
institution, illegal campaign contributions, and making false statements
to Congress.
The federal court has recommended that he be housed at Otisville; however,
the decision is up to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Otisville is also expected to be the home to former state Senator Dean
Skelos and to Bridge-gate’s Bill Baroni, formerly of the Port Authority.
