NEW ROCHELLE – Four 13-year-old middle school youths have been arrested and charged as juvenile delinquents in connection with a November 26 fire at the Wildcliff Mansion at 44 Wildcliff Road in New Rochelle.
Following an investigation by police and fire officials, the youths were
arrested.
They were charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass. One was also charged
with felony arson.
