NEW CITY – The man who was shot in the torso at Youb’s Auto Sales at 357 Route 59 in West Nyack on Saturday afternoon has died, Clarkstown Police said Sunday.
Youbens Joseph, 37, of Middletown, died at Westchester Medical Center
early Sunday. He had been shot three times and suffered major internal
damage, police said.
Joseph was an employee at the car dealer. Police believe the shooting
was a customer/employee dispute.
The investigation into the murder is continuing with police saying the suspect is described as a black man with a beard and glasses and wearing a dark colored ball cap.
He fled in an unknown vehicle.
