Hurley woman caught with large quantity of drugs

KINGSTON – City police in Kingston say Monique Washington, of Route 209 in Hurley, is in jail after a lengthy investigation into cocaine sales in the city.  
Monique Washington, 41, was indicted by an Ulster County Grands Jury.  She was ararested on Thursday and found to be in possession of a substantial amount of cocaine and crack.
She is in the Ulster County Jail on several felony possession charges.
