Fire damages Pleasant Valley Library

PLEASANT VALLEY – Quick thinking by a cleaning person prevented
a bad situation from getting worse. The worker entered the Pleasant Valley
Library smelled an odor, called 911 and left.

Nine fire departments converged on the scene of the fire that appears
to have started in the attic area and spread to the main level.
