MONTICELLO – A 26-year-old Monticello man is in the Sullivan County
Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail following his arrest on Wednesday.

Marcus Person was charged with four counts of forgery, and two counts
each of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
