Dutchess Tourism recognized for excellence by industry group

POUGHKEEPSIE – The New York State Tourism Industry Association has honored Dutchess Tourism, Inc., the county’s visitors’ promotion partner, with an award for its “Dutchess Live” Facebook video campaign in the Tourism Marketing Project/Digital Marketing campaign category.
Since the program began in January 2017, Dutchess Tourism has produced 20 Facebook Live videos at attractions and events all over the county, which have been viewed almost 50,000 times. The most viewed video was filmed at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.
Other top viewed videos include The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum; Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site; Ferncliff Forest; Crown Maple Estate; and Dutchess Rail Trail with the Rails to Trails Conservancy.
