Port Jervis man sentenced to PA jail

MILFORD, PA – A Port Jervis man was sentenced in Pike County Court to 18 months to 48 months in state prison and fined $1,000 for two counts of the crime of retail theft.
On April 28 and May 17, Antonio Laboy, 35, stole $700 worth of merchandise
from a retail store in Westfall Township. Again on July 4 and July 10,
he stole over $1,000 worth of stuff from a retail store in Westfall Township.
