KINGSTON – A traffic stop near Elmendorf Street and Bruyn Avenue in Kingston Monday evening resulted in the arrest of a Kingston man when he was found in possession of a loaded .38 caliber handgun.
Willie Pace, 30, of Elmendorf Street was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a weapon as well as harassment.
Members of the City Police Uniformed Patrol Division were assisted by the department’s Detective Division.
