WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers gang member pled guilty to conspiracy as a felony on Wednesday before in Westchester County Court.
Trinard “TJ” Jackson was remanded to the Westchester County Jail pending sentencing next January during which he is expected to receive 2.3 to seven years in state prison.
Jackson was charged following a gang sweep in the Nodine Hill section of Yonkers last May where 12 members of the violent street gang, the Blood Stones Army, were charged in a multi-count indictment.
Jackson pled guilty to conspiring with other Blood Stones members to assert control over the Nodine Hill area of Yonkers by means of violence, including, but not limited to, shootings, assaults and firearms possession. He and other members and associates of the gang had a conspiratorial agreement to kill rivals.
Six of the 12 named in the same indictment have pled guilty to conspiracy and other charges.
