GOSHEN – The Orange County Child Abuse Unit arrested a Warwick man for allegedly raping a child under the age of 11 several times over the course of a year.
Douglas Castro, 64, was charged with one count of felony predatory sexual assault against a child as a felony. He was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail.
