Stabbing reported in Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE – Police in Poughkeepsie are investigating a stabbing that occurred early this morning.
The incident, in front of 651 Main Street near a cell phone store, occurred shortly after midnight, according to early reports.
The victim was said to have been stabbed in the chest and was taken to a local hospital.
