Trucker charged with making terroristic threats at Montgomery warehouse

TOWN OF MONTGOMERY – A Canadian truck driver has been charged with a felony of making a terroristic threat for threatening employees at the UNFI Distribution Center on Neelytown Road in Montgomery.
Town Police said Varinder Kumar, 53, of Cote Saint Luc, Canada was making a delivery at the facility on Thursday when he made threats to employees.  He was also charged with a misdemeanor of menacing.
Montgomery Town Police were assisted with bomb-detecting canines from the Town of Warwick Police Department. State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives also assisted in the investigation.
