PEEKSKILL – A second man has been arrested in connection with the
July 13 shooting death of 22-year-old Khalil Lyons in Peekskill.
Lyons was murdered in front of 1245 Park Street in Peekskill on July 3.
During the investigation, it was determined that two men were involved
in the afternoon shooting.
On Friday, Demetrius Bogan, 18, of Peekskill was arrested and charged
with murder.
On Tuesday, August 7, Peekskill officers arrested Sean Deleon, 23, of
Shrub Oak and also charged him with murder.
Deleon was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without
bail.
