Cortlandt woman charged with sex act on child

CORTLANDT – State Police arrested a Cortlandt woman on a felony charge of criminal sex act.
On July 20, troopers responded to Hudson Valley Hospital for a report of a criminal sex act. Investigators determined Patricia Dolan, 55, committed the act on a victim under the age of 13.
Dolan was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
