COXSACKIE – A state correction officer assigned to the Coxsackie
Correctional Facility was arrested on Monday, July 23 and charged with
forcible touching and stalking, both as misdemeanors.
While working as a correction officer, Scott Schreurs, 56, of Stamford, allegedly subjected a female to repeated inappropriate contact over a six-month period. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
State Police were assisted by the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations.
