SAUGERTIES – A Town of
Saugerties man was remanded to the Ulster County Jail on Wednesday on
a charge of forcible touching as a misdemeanor.
Saugerties Police alleged that Steven Lopez, 29, grabbed the breasts of
a woman without her consent.
He was remanded in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
The investigation leading to his arrest was conducted by Saugerties Police
Detective Division and the Ulster County Probation Department.
